My versa won't pick up notifications or phone calls it's also stopped vibrating, I've reinstalled the app , I have a Samsung phone

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Samsung mobile device are you using with your Versa? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is your device vibrating when you setup and alarm or when you connect it into the charging cable but not with notifications?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
