the fitbit app has stopped recording my heart rate, treid a reboot of fitbit and phone still not working. Still shows live

I've also got this problem and mentioned it in another post.

I have a Charge 3 and synch using android.

the resting heart rate is not being updated on the app or on the web interface

the graph that shows daily heartrate is not being updated.

this has been the situation now for 6 days

a screenshot of the resting heartrate screen fdrom today ( Saturday) below also showing the last Resting hertrate and last heartrate graph ( at the bottom) was on Monday

 

no data monday to saturdayno data monday to saturday

However, oddly enough, when an exercise activity is recognised, the heartrate chart is showing correctly, so periods of higher activity are showing the graphs for the days since Monday

 

I have rebboted, logged off and back on, cleared the cache and now run out of ideas
