Suddenly my Fitbit stopped tracking my heart rate.  I have tried turning the heart rate setting on and off, restarting the watch, and returning to factory settings, but no luck.  Any other ideas?

@AceAlpaca Welcome to the forums. Thanks for you inquiry regarding the hear rate tracking of your Fitbit device and the steps you have tried already. Does the green light flash on the back side of the device? Or does it remain off? Please take a look at this article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

 

Make sure you have restarted your device according to these instructions: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
