My heart rate monitor is lately showing inaccurate results.  As l am typing l am resting but it shows a bpm of 160.  I tried restarting, resetting factory settings but the problem still persists.

I am having a similar issue, although more intermittent when I manually log exercise the heart rate is too high. I'm using a charge 3 and when I look at the read out on the device screen it seems normal, but whatever it recorded is way off. Tonight for example was an easy zone 1 recovery ride. I never went over 114 bpm, yet Fitbit app shows 180+ bpm. In these screenshots you'll see my actual heart rate recorded by Strava on a Garmin chest strap heart rate monitor, Vs what Fitbit shows for the same time period. The Fitbit exercise was manually entered, but it should still show whatever heart rate I had during that time correct?

I'm sorry but this is NO answer, (it's marked as "best answer")... Lol this is just plain stupid that a Fitbit can't track heart rate properly. These pics are from today. Fitbit shows nearly 70 bpm higher than my actual heart rate.
