Which phone are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? More details will be appreciated.

If I change my custom heart rate zones in the app, they change but do not take effect? Meaning if I close out the app and open it, go to heart rate zones new goals are correct. When I exercise the zones do NOT come close to my setting or what records for the activity? Had my phone and Versa lite both for over a year and never had this problem until now.
