I am new to working out and do really understand the heart rate zones. I have been checking them for several days now and realized they keep changing. Here is a guide of my day burn zone for the last 4 days.
Day 1- 130-153 is fat burn zone
Day 2- 127-151 is fat burn zone
Day 3- 128-152 is fat burn zone
Day 4- 125-149 is fat burn zone
Does anyone know why they keep changing like this?

Resting heart rate is one factor for the zones. Usually RHR does not change enough day-to-day to make much difference, but you might check you your RHR varies those days. If you are fairly new to Fitbit, maybe your RHR is varying more now until it gets a longer time period of data.
