Low pace on exercise map always shows 120 or 193 minutes

In the Android app, the details page for a distance exercise such as run or walk shows tabs for MAP, SPLITS, HEART RATE... Within the MAP tab, if I choose PACE then I can see my Low Pace, High Pace and Average Pace.

I understand that pace means minutes per km or mile, the problem is that my Low Pace is always 120'00" (120 minutes and 0 seconds). I do not stop or pause during the exercise.

I have the units for length set to kilometers. The same problem happens if units is set to miles, but the value becomes 193'07", which is actually the same value converted from km to miles.

This has been happening continually since I bought the watch six months ago. It also happens on my wife's watch. Both are Versa 3.

Watches have already been factory reset, app has already been reinstalled, app logged out/in. Running latest app and watch firmware.

It looks to me as though the app is unable to calaculate the Low Pace and defaults to a fixed value provided by the app developer.

Anyone else getting this problem or found a fix?

Yes the problem is common to everybody. Practically you can read it as infinite, meaning you are standing still at the moment you start your session. It's really illogical, I wonder if Fitbit develoeprs tested it or  use the app.

Thanks @Guitarplayer. I did try starting and stopping the exercise while I was running to try and exclude the stationary parts at the beginning and end, but it didn't make any difference.

Do you know if Fitbit is aware of this problem? How do I get it raised as an issue? I couldn't find anything specific in the community.

It seems that Fitbit itself is not participating to the life of the community that is essentially a fans/users managed one.

I asked how to contact developers or persons in charge but got no reply.

Any resolution to this? Just had a 50 minute exercise and said I had more than half at a 193 minute pace.
