Why does my Sense show my heart rate at 145 at 12:30 a.m. when I don't have the watch on? It shows some high rate every night at this time..

Hi @LydiaVDB - if you look in the forums you will see others having spikes in the night.

Try Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
