Why is that?

From the date before otcotor i cannot get heartzone zone in the json 

I haved tried it in

Hi there @ust_fyp, I would like to know more details about this issue. Is your tracker reading your heart rate or the issue is only present in your Dashboard for certain periods of time?

 

In the meantime, I can recommend to restart your tracker to address this issue. For more information take a look at the following post.
