Help! I can't access food data base to log foods

How do I access the Fitbit food data base either on my phone or computer. I have what appears to be a grayed out icon on my phone. It tells me to go to settings to choose date base. Does the data base only work with scanner? I can scan.

Hi @BarbaraCurran is this because you haven't selected which country you want for the food database?

In the app select account (what looks to me like a file card) in the top right corner. Then scroll down to settings and select advanced settings. This should then give you an option to select food database.

Oh, by the way @BarbaraCurran if you select anything other than the USA database the barcode scanner does NOT work.
