The fitapp app logged me out, and now it won't let me back in. I haven't been able to log into it for ages. I put my email in, and have tried forgotten password, but it doesn't send me an email to rest it.
Just charged my fitbit versa 3 watch up and it's showing Friday 17th November at 9.02.
Any ideas what's gone wrong??

Hi, @Ljlewis13, welcome to the community, the first thing to check is the spam or junk in your email accounts. In my experience resetting password emails is very reliable. Another area to look at is how you are viewing your emails, if you are using something like the "Gmail" client to receive emails from a number of accounts check the client settings. If you are using an email address other than a Gmail address check the homepage of the account directly.
The incorrect time & date on your device is a symptom of failing to sync, Once you reset your password you should be able to log into your account & sync properly (your versa 3 retains day for quite a long time so hopefully you will not have lost any) If you continue to have an issue with syncing this article may be of interest Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Remember it's easy to force a sync any time by just sliding your finger down the today screen & releasing.

As @Gr4ndp4 suggested, please check either the spam or junk folders of your email address. The password reset email might have landed there.
