Ok so I have a issue migrating my Fitbit account to Google, as we are being forced to do so.
(Actually I have a pixel watch but it is part of the Fitbit community and anyways it's about the account not the watch. When I go to the help page: https://support.google.com/fitbit/?hl=en#topic=14236398 Witch is the 'Fitbit help center' and press post to the community it takes me here).
So anyways the problem is that I cannot migrate to a managed Google family account and get:
This Google Account isn't supported yet
You selected a supervised adult Google Account that isn't supported yet.
What do I do? I guess I wait for Google to allow me to migrate to this type of account?

Hi @Ethan0123 I apologize if I misread what you wrote, Your post is in the Other Versa Smartwatch, but you mention Pixel Watch. Can you please clarify some things? Are you asking about an account with a Versa model or your Pixel Watch? I also looked at your public profile and it says you joined Fitbit in 2024. If this is true, then you should have a Google account. Google accounts were required for new users since 2023.
Can you share more details about your situation?

Yeah so I have a pixel watch but the problem is the account (this post is listed under versa because I couldn't find the 'post to the community about account help' or similar).
The main problem I have is that when I link my Google account (to convert Fitbit account to Google) I get:
This Google Account isn't supported yet
You selected a supervised adult Google Account that isn't supported yet.
And I'm not sure what to do as eventually Fitbit will require a Google account and not a Fitbit one.
I have a Google account to migrate my Fitbit account data to, but it won't let me.
Does this clarify the problem?

@Ethan0123 If you see your Google profile picture in the upper right of your Fitbit app, then it is a Google account. If you see a gear icon, then you have a Fitbit account. If you tap on that gear icon, it should take you to a page with this at the top:
Tap on the Move Account and follow the steps. Like I wrote, Google accounts were required for new users in mid-2023.
What do you see on your Fitbit app? Are you getting prompts to migrate?
I also moved this thread to the Android app forum, the recommended forum for Pixel Watch/Fitbit app issues. No harm, no foul on you.

Yeah I got the cog - Fitbit account, when I press on the prompt
press move...
and then select my Google account, and get this problem:
As you can see it just won't let me migrate.

@Ethan0123 Your situation makes a lot more sense. I’m familiar with Google Workspace and School accounts, but not with adult supervised accounts. You need an unsupervised Google account. Can your account get converted to an unsupervised account?
You still need to migrate after getting unsupervised. You can use Gmail with a ‘Fitbit’ account. I used Gmail for years before Google bought Fitbit.

Hello @Ethan0123
All versions of the Pixel Watch are not compatible with accounts under Family Link. You won't be able to use the Fitbit app as long as your Google account is a supervised one.
If you are 13 years old or older, your parents/guardian can remove you from Family Link. Then, you should be able to migrate and use the Fitbit app.

It sounds like you are trying to switch to a child's account. Rather than the parents account.
You could remove the link to the child account, but is this the account that you want to connect your watch to?
Am I reading you correctly?

I don't think I'm following what you're saying. I figured it out though. It just turns out you can't convert a Fitbit account to a Google account which is "paired with family link Google account".
And I don't think there's really much I can do except for me use a different Google account which isn't managed.
