My Flex 2 won't sync to my Android phone or my tablet. Was on phone with support for almost an hour and the problem still isn't resolved. Any suggestions?!?

If it's not syncing to either device then it's likely a problem with the fitbit.

 

The first thing to try is to restart it using this procedure:

However, this procedure is known to not always work so give it a few tries.
