I cant get my fit bit to sync to my android phone. I did all the steps like turning on Bluetooth and location and it still won't work. I tried turning Bluetooth off and back on again and it still won't work. No other devices are using Bluetooth in my house so it can't be blocking it. Please help I feel like I wasted money. I keep losing all my work outs because it won't sync

@Malgal123, can you provide a little more information on the problems you are having, such as the type of phone you have, the operating system version, what happens when you try to sync?  For example, if your phone is running Android 6.0, do you have Location Services enabled?  In the Fitbit Android app, do you have Enable Notification Widget turned on.  Give us a little more info, and we will try to help you get it going.

I answered all those questions in my post. I have an android phone it's a Samsung s7. I don't know which version I have but it won't let me sync to get the newest version. Like I said before, I have the location on and Bluetooth. It still won't sync
