I really wish that you guys would fix this issue. It's been about two weeks since I wrote about this issue. It stopped, it worked and it's not working again. The courteous thing to do would be to respond to all of us experiencing this issue. Tell us you're working on a solution, tell us to take a hike, just TELL US SOMETHING!!!
I've been a loyal fitbit fan for a very long time and I love my new Charge 3 but I can guarantee this will be my LAST fitbit if you guys can't get a handle on this issue and fix it once and for all. A little bit of courtesy to the community of people who support you will go a long way in your PR department. Your silence isn't cutting it.

Hi @dfsmetsfan if you would say which phone and platform you use when posting, it would let us know which forum area to place it for the best possible response. Android had an update to the app Saturday and iOS had an update a few days previously. You might want to check on that and see if it helps.

I'll move this to the Android area. When I woke up Saturday, I got the new Version 3.6.1
