Here we go again...not syncing

I really wish that you guys would fix this issue. It's been about two weeks since I wrote about this issue. It stopped, it worked and it's not working again. The courteous thing to do would be to respond to all of us experiencing this issue. Tell us you're working on a solution, tell us to take a hike, just TELL US SOMETHING!!!

I've been a loyal fitbit fan for a very long time and I love my new Charge 3 but I can guarantee this will be my LAST fitbit if you guys can't get a handle on this issue and fix it once and for all. A little bit of courtesy to the community of people who support you will go a long way in your PR department. Your silence isn't cutting it.

Hi @dfsmetsfan if you would say which phone and platform you use when posting, it would let us know which forum area to place it for the best possible response. Android had an update to the app Saturday and iOS had an update a few days previously. You might want to check on that and see if it helps.

I'm so sorry. Actually I'm on a Galaxy Tab A tablet, Android OS. I will
check for that update. Two weeks ago there was also an update, which
changed nothing. Hopefully this one will.

I'll move this to the Android area. When I woke up Saturday, I got the new Version 3.6.1

I downloaded it. It actually synced before I did but couldn't get it to
work for 30+ minutes. It's very frustrating that this keeps happening and
no one from fitbit even answers these queries. There's another with about
157 replies all experiencing this issue with all different fitbits. Fitbit
folks are silent.

When this happens, you may not have all the features of the compatible devices.

Interesting...I've been syncing with this device since I had a Fitbit One.
Had no problems with it or my Chatge. The issues just started this month or
the end of last month. If it's not compatible, it should be and apparently
it worked fine until recently.

A friend of mine has the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime with Android 4.4, which is below the minimum of 5.0 and she can sync, but lost her contacts and the ability to start challenges
