I've been using a Hidrate Spark bottle for about a month. It's connected to my Fitbit App, and has worked fine, until a few days ago. Now, although Hidrate reflects my water intake, Fitbit doesn't. I'm using the Android app.
All previous posts I found talk about Hidrate not being supported, but they're old and that has changed.
Help?

It's great to see you around @Radymel. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I was checking the list of supported apps and Hidrate Spark is still a supported app. You may want to unlink and link them again and check if they sync again.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thanks! I've unlinked, re-linked, uninstalled and reinstalled both the Fitbit and Hidrate apps, and rebooted my phone. No luck.

Hi @SilviaFitbit I've had the same issue with mine too i'ts not synced with my Fitbit account since the 4th of July. I've also tried several times breaking the link and reinstating it which has not worked.
I can't quite place my finger where the issue is, I've also tried rolling back the Hidrate Spark app to an earlier version as they have recently updated the app which also didn't work.
My partner also has the same issue with her bottle too. I feel the way forward will be to send an email to Hidrate Spark Support which I will do later this evening.

Hi @Radymel just out of curiosity which version of the Fitbit App are you on?

I sent an email Hidrate Spark tech support and they clarified there was a syncing issue between the apps which has now been resolved. I have since updated to the current Hidrate Spark App V2. 0.11 and all appears to be fine for me as well. I think a work around to transfer the unscyned data would to be to manually input it into the Fitbit dashboard.
