High readiness score on no sleep

I generally get a readiness score in the 70's and 80's. Last night I didn't go to sleep until 6:30 in the morning and only slept for 3 and a half hours... And I got my first readiness score of 100. Am I missing something or does the score not actually consider sleep quality, rendering it useless?

The formula for the Readiness score was changed. The new Readiness formula is tied to Cardio Load. Readiness is now based on RHR, HRV, and sleep quality (as measured by sleep score) over the past seven days. I agree with you that the 100% Readiness score seems questionable, but if your RHR, HRV, and average sleep are good it is definately possible. Remember, Sleep Score is based on a few different factors and length of time asleep is just one of those factors.
