What is the validity of data collected?

As I read through these posts about the  errors, bugs, problems, and issues with the Android app, I have to wonder if any of the data in the app can be trusted. The disappearing and changing data is especially troublesome. I see this most often in my sleep data. Sleep data recorded the night before will shift several times throughout the day. Is ANY of the data accurate?
