Hourly Activity: no data

Hi!

I started using Fitbit Charge 2 a few days ago, and I like the 250 steps/hour part. The problem is that the Andriod app doesn't show any data for past days, only for today. I sync regularly and all other parts have the data for previous days, only this part seems off...

That sounds very odd.

 

I'd like to take a closer look into it and determine what could be going on. Could you take some screen shots showing what you mean. That should let me see exactly what is happening and find the best way forward.

 

In the meantime, let's try to log out and then back into your account. That should force the app to reload all information and perhaps resolve the issue.

I no longer have the hourly activity tile on my dashboard.  I very much miss this feature.  It is not on my laptop dashboard or my android mobile app.  How can I get it back?

One more question; I still need to verify my account, but when I click "Resend email", nothing happens.Smiley Frustrated

Hello @ThinnerMe and @SunsetRunner.

 

@ThinnerMe You can get the tiles back on the Web Dashboard. Check this article with details on how to remove/add tiles. This article is shows the same for the app.

 

@SunsetRunner, Have you checked your Spam Folders? Try to have it resend and check your spam or trash folders. Maybe your email redirected them to either of those with its filters.

Thanks for your response.  I did contact a rep via chat and found the reason my tile has disappeared is because I switched from the charge to a one and the one doesn't have the ability to record and report this information.  Too bad.  I enjoyed this feature, but don't like wearing something on my wrist all the time.
