My charge 2 has synched to the latest Android app version.
Everything seems normal except Hourly Activity. If I select that to see todays progress and previous days all I get is the spinning circles.
Not impressed.

Nice to see you here, @Lilbiddy and thanks for reporting this trouble with the Fitbit app.
I recommend you to try force stopping the Fitbit app first. To do so, go to your phone's Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Force Stop. This will restart the app so you can open it again and try opening the Hourly Activity tile again.
Hope this helps.

@BraulioFitbit That was a waste of time. Still can't access the information.

@BraulioFitbit Reinstalled the app. Still nothing. Also noticed that the cute little 7Day Summary has disappeared. But guess what on my Kindle the old 2.63 version has all the data. So why can't the new version access it.

Hi, @Lilbiddy.
Thanks for the update. I was checking on my Fitbit app (latest version 3.48) and I can see the information when I tap on the Hourly Activity tile. Is this happening when your phone is connected to WiFi or is this happening when it's connected to mobile data (or both)? If your phone updated to the latest Android version?
In the meantime, please try the following:
Catch you later.

@BraulioFitbit As I had originally said I am running the latest app version, to run that I must be using an acceptable android version as Fitbit have seen to it that we can't do otherwise. I removed the tile and reinstated it, still can't open it. The other feature that I noticed was missing is not a tile. It was in the settings section and was under Activity and Wellness. It was a rolling 7 day summary of activities with cute illustrations.
It has gone. The synching is also being tetchy with this latest app version.

@BraulioFitbit Well I'm now using app version 3.49.1 on an Android 9 phone and the Hourly Activity tile still doesn't open. I know the data is going to fitbit because if I check app version 2.63 on my Kindle fire that version of the hourly Activity tile opens and the data is displayed. Where is the 7 day summary?

@BraulioFitbit I am now using app version 3.50.1 and still cannot get information from the hourly activity tile. I even logged out and reinstalled the app. It still doesn't open. No acknowledgment anywhere of the deletion of the 7 Day Summary either.
