I got a new Charge 6 as a Christmas gift and out of nowhere, the hourly activity reminder stopped going off on the device 10 minutes before the hour if 250 steps was not met yet. Additionally, the app shows 0 hourly activity goals met when Charge 6 shows the correct number. The other stats are syncing between device and app fine. All troubleshooting exhausted did not help so was told it could be the Charge 6. New Charge 6--same issue. I never changed any settings between when it was fine and when it started this nonsense. Extremely annoyed.

In the Fitbit app, click on the icon at the top left, then select the Charge 6 on the next screen.

Verify that Reminders to move is enabled.

Not sure about your second issue.
