Welcome to the Fitbit Community @DebraD. It's great to have you here. There is actually no option to change days of week for the Hourly Activity Goal. I've found a similar suggestion in the Feature Request board. You can either join that discussion or create a new thread. If any update is available it will be communicated as soon as possible.
