Hourly steps not syncing

Hi there, could anyone advise on how to fix/reset this please? All other actions/activities are syncing just not the hourly steps- the fitbit buzzes to tell me I have completed the minimum number but then when I check the phone app it's not registered.
Thank in advance for any help or advice.

It's nice to see you around the Community @Ells1 Smiley Very Happy! Very strange my friend, but thanks for bring this issue to my attention.

I'd recommend doing the following:

  • Check that your App is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Alta by following the link that @SunsetRunner shares
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App
