Unable to pair MobileTrack on Galaxy S6

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Recently I switched from Lumia to Galaxy S6, downloaded Fitbit and saw a notification telling me to unpair my old phone to set up the new one. I did this, gave the app the permission to access my location etc. but I'm still unable to pair S6 with the Fitbit app. There is no option for MobileTrack in the device menu. The app is up to date. If I log out and tap the "join" button instead of "log in", MobileTrack is listed as one of the options for tracking, but I don't want to create a new account.

@SunsetRunner A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your phone is unable to set up the MobileTrack feature. Mobile track feature is not available for the Galaxy S6 at this moment. However, you can submit this suggestions in our Feature Request board where people that need this feature can vote for your suggestion. The more votes it gets, the more votes it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team. You can also check out below the features available for your Samsung S6:
