Hours with 250+ steps disappearing

Since January 13th my fitbit app on my phone records the number of hours with 250+ steps on the day, however when I tap the tile to see the previous days they are all showing zero from 13th onwards, previous to that date they are there.  I have tried restarting my phone, restarting my fitbit and have ensured everything is up to date but this is driving me nuts! Is there a fix out there for this?

I have had the samr problem. Then today I was looking again and it all seemed to come back... Kind of wonder how long it will last. It also has seemed to have issues connecting with my watch, perhaps it a bug that need updating

I've had the same problem, but since the 16th. Would someone please fix this?

I am also having this issue. When I get my weekly report, the past data is there, so it isn't completely disappearing, just not showing on the app.

The step info is still there, you just have to go into it, back out, and back in again and it should all show up 😋

@Crazy-Fritter is correct. I do have the same problem. Just by going back to the main screen and then clicking again to the tile it solves.

I am confident the database is OK and this is just a display bug.
