Hours with 250+ steps on the Fitbit app do not match

I have done all my hours with 250 steps according to my fitbit, but the app says I have missed one! Anyone know why this is and how to fix it? I have tried logging out, bluetooth off, restarting phone, logged back in etc.

Thanks for reaching out about the hourly reminder to move on the Fitbit app. How have the last couple of days been? Have you gotten inconsistent information on the Fitbit app? Or was this an isolated issue. A few months back a similar issue was reported, but it was resolved with a Fitbit app update. Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Have you checked this on the online dashboard as well? I am curious to know if the issue is on the Fitbit app only. Thanks in advance.

Hi - It has been fine the last week or so, but I have been checking more that my hours has recorded, on both the fitbit and the app. The online dashboard also showed it as missing that hour too.  Thanks, Carole
