Hi I have fitbit blaze and using with Sony Xperia Xa1 I have had it almost two weeks and had problems staying connected since bought,, loosing connection three to four times a day.
I have been reconnecting by unpairing on phone and then setting new device on the app, this is a bit of a chew on each time so I kept trying different things.
Now I have found that it is best to unpair blaze from my phone, open app, then drag down the dashboard screen and it will reconnect .
So far I have found that things stay connected as long as I don't open Bluetooth settings on my phone. Things seem to work best when blaze doesn't show in my paired devices on my phone and as long as I don't open Bluetooth settings it seems to stay away

Unpairing on the phone does not require setting up the tracker again.
It is however one of the steps to get the tracker to sync.
Other steps would be to clear the fitbit's app csche, swipe unneeded programs out if memory, or restart tracker and phone .
