How do I add a new type of workout?

How do I add a new type of workout,I want to add weights,please can anyone help.thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Beccygracekacar. To manually log a workout from the Fitbit app, please tap Dashboard > Weekly Exercise tile > select the Stopwatch on the right side corner.

 

If the activity is not part of the Fitbit data base you can create a custom activity by going to Dashboard > Log > Activities. Please be aware custom activities can be created from the online Dashboard only. However, once they have been created you will be able to log them through the Fitbit app.
