How do I change language settings in my Fitbit Android app to Chinese?

I have set up my Blaze and the watch setting is in Chinese, but the app is only showing English and I can't change the language setting.

 

My father in law can only read Chinese so I am trying to figure out how to change the setting. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Under settings, you can select your country and language.
