Hi @jeffcat the time is set by the device you use to sync the data to the Fitbit servers. You may need to sync a bit to get the time corrected. Be sure you have auto time zone selected in settings.

My smartphone no longer syncs to the Charge 4 as my Android version is not supported by fitbit. So now how can the time be changed?

@jeffcat if you had another way to sync your Fitbit, it can be changed that way. You need to be set up on a compatible phone, as you can't set up on Windows.

Well then in that case I guess it will not have the correct time and I will stop using it. Thanks

I have seen the article many times. As I said, my Android version is 6 which thanks to Fitbit is now not compatible. I am not going to purchase a new phone just to have this device work!

If you still have the older version of the fitbit app on the phone, you will be able to sync.
Or search the web, there are a few sites that offer older versions of apps that can be side loaded onto android.

Unfortunately, I do not have the older version on my phone. I am curious though regarding your mention of a few sites that may be loaded onto the phone. Do you know of any such sites by name?
