How do I contact support to get my earned by mistake weight badges removed?

I entered the wrong weight accidentally on April 17th. Now I have a ton of new badges including the "met your goal" badge which now makes it so that I can't even see my progress toward my actual goal on the weight loss page. From other posts like this I tried to go to customer support, but the live chat brings me to a broken page that says it's "on a different trail" and when I called the 24/7 line I was spoken to like I was an idiot and told that it was flat out not possible to delete badges. I'm extremely frustrated. Is this even possible or not? I've seen support pages from recently say it is but the woman on the phone seemed to think otherwise. Why in the world can we not delete badges ourselves? Is there an email I can use to contact Fitbit support that way? I could not find one. Thank you.

@SunsetRunner Thanks for your help. Greatly appreciated!

@Moooshi Welcome to the forums. Thanks for the explanation. The only badged that will be removed are the weight badges, since these are earned sometimes by mistake because one enters an incorrect weight log. I suggest you contact customer support again, either via phone, chat or email: Fitbit - Get Support - click here. They will be able to help you regarding unwanted weight badged this.

Hello @Moooshi

I’m sorry you didn’t have a good experience talking with Fitbit Customer Service. I’ve always had great interactions with them. I do believe it’s possible to remove a weight badge. (I’m not totally sure about other badges or trophies) This exact issue was discussed in another post you can see here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/How-to-delete-badges/td-p/4723290

I’ll tag @MarreFitbit and hopefully she can help address this issue for you.
😃 Happy Stepping!

I just want to remove the weight loss badges, not other ones luckily, so I really hope it's possible. Thank you for directing my question hopefully to someone who can help!

Hey I did the same thing and with how it is right now it is really hard to get them to remove the badges but you just have to be persistent until you get the right customer support helper.

  • When you open up the 24/7 chat it's going to have you select what category your problem is in I selected "all other devices".
  • When they ask for details on what the problem is I said " I accidentally received weight loss badges and want them removed"

That seems to be the best and fastest way for me to get to a representative who was able to get me the help that I needed. It's going to be a headache at first I had to try at least three different times to get the results I needed.
