How do I create my own workout

How can I create my own workout routine on here? All advice and such is 8+ yrs old and no longer applicable. I need to be able to track this since my company is now using this to track my workout regimen, so any help would be appreciated. I only have the app at the moment.

The Fitbit app uses the information from a Fitbit device.  I don't think there is a use for the app all by itself.  And it doesn't really do workouts.  It can measure your stats -- heart rate and steps for instance -- but it doesn't lead you through a routine to achieve those goals.  You're pretty much on your own for that.
