Pixel Watch 3 not syncing or something?

Hi guys ive had my pixel watch 3 for a while now and this is the first time this has happened, but the watch recorded my steps, and then I went and opened it on the app, *from* the pixel watch, but then when I pressed the back button to go to the app home page for Fitbit it showed different (higher?) step count!

Hello @Dieriex

Did the step count discrepancy resolve itself by the end of the day? Are you still seeing the count discrepancy today?

By any chance, did you try clearing the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone to see if resolves the discrepancy?

@RiekoC  Thank you for your message and help.

@Dieriex A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and screenshot.

It seems that you might have MobileTrack on.

MobileTrack uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging). Please make sure MobileTrack is not activated.
It may happen that the steps recorded with the cell phone overwrite those from your Pixel Watch 3

In the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon (top left corner).
There you will see the devices linked to your account.
If you see the Mobile Device  Active(Smartphone)  option, tap it and remove it from the account.
