Hi there,
I swiped left to remove the rest period of the interval exercises setting, but now I want to bring it back and for some reason, my app is not allowing me to do so. Does anyone know how to bring the rest period back? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MKNelson09, hope you're doing great today! By default, the interval workout consists of:
- Move period: 30 seconds
- Rest period: 10 seconds
- Repeat: 14 times
- Total time: 9:20
To set custom intervals:
- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap Account icon > your device image.
- Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
- Tap Interval Workout.
- Set your intervals.
- Sync your device to save the changes.
I've moved your post to the Android App as there are more chances to get related replies here.
Hope this helps, keep me posted!

Any time I attempt to press the "Set Interval" button, nothing happens, and
I am on a Samsung phone, so perhaps it is just my app and/or phone.
Thanks for your help anyways!

Anytime @MKNelson09! May I have the model of your Samsung? Have you checked if it's included in our list of Supported Devices?
In the meantime, I'd recommend doing the following:
- Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
- Log out from your Fitbit app
- Force quit the app
- Restart your Fitbit
- Turn off the Bluetooth
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
- Turn on the Bluetooth
- Log back into your Fitbit app
- Set your Intervals again
Give this a shot and let me know the outcome!
