How do I delete my morning timer?

Assuming you mean alarm rather than timer, and depending on which device you have, on some you select the desired alarm, then scroll down the whole way to the 'Delete' button.

Yes. Alarm. I have Fitbit HR. I managed to reset it to 8am which is better
than 7. I'll try you advice. Thank you.

Don't think that will work for Charge HR.  I was referring to later models where set alarm right on wrist.  I forget at the moment about when you set them in phone app.
