I need help getting my Fitbit to work and is my phone compatible with it my phone is plus one 5G PHONE

Hello @jeanettemerkey6 and welcome to the Community.  The only information that I have to get you started is that your phone must support Android 10 or higher to use the Fitbit app.  Do you mean Oneplus phone?  There are no known limitations with Oneplus.  Can you please provide more details, like what model Fitbit are you setting up?

I can give you general recommendations with more information.  But I use an iPhone and you might need an Android user to help you.
