How do I get my weekly report?

I've had my Fitbit luxe for nearly a year but get no weekly reports! How do I remedy this

Hi @MaggieS07  you need to be sure your settings allow for emails from Fitbit.

@MaggieS07 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for being part of the Fitbit family. 

 

I will gladly help you regarding your weekly report. This you can enable in the email notifications setting from Fitbit. Here you find the instructions to review which notifications Fitbit sends you: How do I choose which alerts Fitbit sends me?

 

There you will be able to select which push notifications are sent on your smartphone and which email notifications you should receive. If the weekly report is already activated, please make sure to check the spam and junk folders of your email address.
