I'm trying to sync my Versa to my new Samsung 21 phone that I got today, but it won't let me due to I have an old Samsung 6 that says under account settings/devices that I'm still logged in, and I cannot revoke the old phone in order to sync my new phone. Any help appreciated!

Hi @DLS365, welcome to the Community Forums. @Odyssey13, it's good to see you here in the forums and thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for every step tried prior to posting. In this case, I'd recommend you to try the following steps to revoke the Fitbit access for your old Samsung 6 phone:

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your new phone and tap your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Third Party Apps under Settings.
  3. Tap Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  4. Log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.
  5. Tap Settings > Manage Account Access.
  6. Tap the arrow next to your previous phone model > Revoke Access > Confirm.
  7. You can then tap the "X" to go back to the Fitbit app screen.

Hi @DLS365  try to log out and then remove the app from the old phone. Have you tried that?

I don't even have the old phone anymore.  That was 2 phones ago and I was able to sync with my last phone which I got rid of yesterday. Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, an AT&T 5G smartphone

Thanks for the suggestion,  but I went ahead and used a different email and linked the phone to the fitbit with no problem.  I'll keep this for future reference though!  Thank you!Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, an AT&T 5G smartphone
