How do I see my steps on dashboard when using MobileTrack?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've created an account in the app and I'm using mobile tracker because I haven't bought a device yet. I can't see my steps activity just calories in the app however the info page on using mobile track indicates that my device supports this and it claims that it tracks steps too. How do I see steps on tge dashboard?

Hello @Carlbullock, thanks for joining the Community.

In this case I'd like to ask you to please take a screen shot of how the app's dashboard is showing up. That way I'd be able to see exactly what is going on.

Look forward to helping you find the best way forward.

I have the same issue, the mobile phone dashboard can show calories but no step counting.

Any ideas how to solve the issue?

What mobile device are you using with the app? Do you have a Fitbit tracker? Have you set up the Mobiletrack feature on your mobile device? Please let me know about all this, it will help me get a clearer picture of what is going on.

Look forward to your reply.

Hi Lanuza,

Do appreciate for your kind and prompt response. I have solved the problem by reinstalling and do the add device from the beginning again. Just have no idea why it works , the steps counting now become the main dashboard.

Warmest regards
