Welcome to the Forums @Sheilazip.

At this time you might encounter some issues getting your Zip to sync to your Pixel 3. This is because it is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing and these help for the notifications.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

In the meantime maybe you could also post about it in our Feature Suggestions board so that other users can vote for the idea or comment on it to show their support. Feel free to read the FAQ if you have any questions on the way that board works.

I had the same problem, and still do. However, I discovered if I sync my fitbit to my computer it will log my data. Unfortunately, that's the only way around it. It's a pain but it can work!

Welcome to the  Forums @kochano1. Hello @Sheilazip.

Thanks for letting us know that you are syncing with another device in the meantime.

As I mentioned, it is possible that it is related to the fact that the Pixel 3 is not a supported device at the time. I'd recommend that you continue using other devices and creating the suggestion I mentioned above, that way you can all make your voice heard.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Do you have an estimated time when the Pixel 3 will be compatible enough to sync my Zip? If I pull my battery each time I want to sync, it works but I'm sure the cover will break if I do this multiple times a day.

Thank you.

Welcome to the Forums @Jkohtz.

At this time there is not specific ETA or time frame that could be shared about when a particular phone will be added to the list. Be sure to support the suggestion that was mentioned above, however.

If you have access to another mobile device or a computer you could use them to sync that way without having to restart your Zip all the time.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
