I'm currently very angry because apparently, despite the fact that I regularly sync using the widget, my Charge 3 has not synced since Thanksgiving. I did not get any sort of notification that the syncs were failing or otherwise unsuccessful. I do not regularly open the app, and therefore had not noticed. The idea that I have to babysit this app to make sure it's doing its job is appalling. I likely have lost data as a result. (It only saves a week's worth, right?)
I have reinstalled the app and restarted my Fitbit. Now the app says it's syncing, but literally no progress has been made. What do?

I'm having the same problem and I actually unpaired and tried to set up mine again and it gets to the point of putting in the code and just never progresses. I couldn't sync any of my data before this and now am stuck. Very frustrated myself and no responses from anyone
