A notification tile keeps popping up on the Today screen 1+ times an hour. The data is useless to me as I already display it graphically in the top section. I no longer even read it, just click the x. How do I turn it off?
I attempted to add a screen shot, that then flagged an error.
Thank you for any help and have a Terrific day!

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thank you for your continued feedback. As I mentioned, our team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating it. I understand how frustrating this situation has been, and I apologize for any inconvenience it has caused.
Rest assured that we're keeping our team informed of the impact on our members. I will provide an update in this thread as soon as more information becomes available.
I have seen so many complaints about various cardio nag screens popping up despite people requesting that it go away or at the least include an option to turn it off! Deleting all cardio data only stops it temporarily. I was hoping the last couple of updates would eliminate this annoying pop-up but tonight I got it again. I hate it, I don't need it, I don't want it!
Hello @Notanks
Sorry to see that you've been injured. Please take care of yourself. And definitely ignore the cardio load messages.
I ignored the cardio load messages when I had a bad fall that resulted in a cut above my eye & an awful headache.

Hello, I have CFS and POTS and this cardio load stress is making me feel so rubbish when I’m having a pain flare up, it’s been 4 months since this was escalated surely there’s some solutions being found by now?
Nope, not that I'm aware of. None that have been announced. I hope with each update they have fixed it, but so far, no dice! <frown>
Best AnswerYou're right, there is NO answer, even though we've been clamoring about it for a long time!

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts about this situation. As I mentioned above, our team Is aware of this and they're currently working to get this resolved. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused, and I appreciate your input as it'll motivate us to keep improving.
Once I have more information, I'll make sure to update this thread.
Thank you, sort of. We've been complaining about this for . . . how long? Over a year? Thank you for chiming in, but I'm not holding my breath. Since many people have pointed out that actually this could be a dangerous notification I would hope G would make this a priority. I can't believe it would be this difficult to simply add an opt in / opt out toggle.
Hi LizzyFitbit--I appreciate that you've replied to multiple threads regarding Cardio Load, specifically with the tile not showing the Target. While it's nice that you're apologizing for the inconvenience, I don't understand why it's taking so long to fix. I saw a response from you saying the "team is aware" back in January--and now it's June. Could you provide a timing update that is specific?
Wow, so do you mean there's hope yet? Wait a week or 2 to see if it's really gone for good. <fingers crossed>
Best AnswerUnfortunately, the notification showed up on the today screen this morning. I think I was fooled since I was in the target cardio load range when I noticed it was not displayed.
Unfortunately, that seems to be the pattern. Just when you think you've fooled the cardio nag notification into going away for good, up it pops up again in your face! C'Mon, Google, listen to your customers and allow us to opt in or out. Permanently!
