How do I update my firmware

How do I update the software on my Samsusng S8+? The version on the phone now is Version #22.22.52.2.

@RandallP are you sure you require an update on your mobile dash there will be a pink/red arrow next to your device if an update is require - if you are seeing the information on the page were you can manually sync and turn on all day sync then the chances are you are upto date,

if you have a PC you can check for updates also this link should give you more information

it says charge HR in the address but its the same page for most trackers
