App not syncing

My phone app will sync once every two weeks or so. It's getting so frustrating!  The only steps that show up in the history are the ones I logged while it was tracking a run.  Any thoughts?

@Jacqseid Hi and Welcome - you will probably have tried this but if you follow the below and have a check to see if it is set up ok it may help - also which device do you have and type of phone?

 

from dashboard click on the device picture and again on the next page this takes you to the information page which tells you the firmware version etc

 

you can force (manually) sync here under that option is all day sync - could you check to see if that has been selected - then scroll to the bottom of that page to see if always connect is selected - this may help but its the first things I would try also check to see if your are paired with Bluetooth and it is switched on

 

from the top of the phone drag down twice and you should get a load of icons first check master sync (two arrows chasing each other) is highlighted then go to Bluetooth and press and hold this should take you to the pairing page
