I had a Surge then upgraded to a Versa. I removed the Surge added Versa, no problem. Due to the Versa bluetooth / GPS issues (considering taking it back) I decided to add the Surge back and use this for GPS tracking. Having added the Surge the Versa seems to have disappeared from the iPad dashboard and all data from Versa transferred to the Surge.
On the web dashboard (via laptop) I can see both devices. How do I switch between devices on the iPad App?

Hi, @AndyAttwood! When you have two (or more) trackers on your account, Fitbit combines the data into one summary set of data for you. If you check your account, you will see both devices exist on your account, which means everything is working as it should. When you sync either device, you should see the summary data from your account on that device. If you sync them both several times in succession, you should see the same information on both your account and both of your trackers.
Just a note on the Versa GPS... do you have the 2.75 app version? I've seen a lot of people complaining on the forums about GPS issues since updating to that new version. I haven't updated yet and haven't been having any issues.

Thanks for reply. I realised after posting thats what happens. What I couldn't see was the Versa profile.
Yes I have app 2.75, it has connected once or twice but seems to drop straight away.

@AndyAttwood, I'm not sure what is mentioned by 'drop straight away'?
Does the second tracker get successfully added?
Does it show in your device listing?
Where is it getting dropped from?

Sorry I meant the "connected GPS" drops.
The 2nd tracker did show, although I have now removed it as want to get the Versa to work properly

Well, as I mentioned in my first post, I have seen multiple people reporting issues with the GPS in 2.75. Can you roll back your installation to a previous version and see if that works?
