Hi, @JanelleNosewort, you will need to check your timezone. You can find this under account --> advanced settings. If the timezone is incorrect, select the correct timezone and sync your Fitbit.
If the timezone is already correct, snd the time on your Fitbit is still wrong, then choose any INCORRECT timezone and then sync your Fitbit. Once it has synced, go bsck to the timezone setting and this time select the CORRECT timezone and sync again. This should solve the problem.
