I have had a Charge HR for about 2 months now, and it usually syncs to my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone when I want it to. However, it has stopped syncing. It says that "the site for fitbit.com cannot be reached" or "sync has been delayed but wil begin shortly." The last time it synced, which was about a week ago, it took me 10 minutes toget it to sync! Very frustrating indeed.

Does this happen when using wifi / mobile internet? Feel free restarting the phone.
If the internet router is turned on for a longer time, consider to turn off / on. Sometimes if it stays on for longer it can cause some websites not wanting to load..

Hi @katee929, how are you doing today? I would like to know how it goes the issue with your Charge HR not syncing with your Samsung Galaxy S5. Did you try the troubleshooting that my friend @SunsetRunner posted above? You can also try to log out from the Fitbi acocunt on your app and then log back in.
