Ok so let me see if I understood, so your Charge HR was not syncing so you tried to set it up your Fitbit as a new device after try a factory reset, right? And now is not connecting. Let me give you a hand on this, so first of all, I will suggest you to perform a restart of your tracker by following the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit post and then, make sure to follow these instructions to pair your Fitbit with an Android. If after that, it still not working, please contact Fitbit Support so they can find a solution for you.
