Does anyone know or have they experienced a issue where the fit bit app just loads continuously and Never shows the route that you just completed? I went on a 17.7 mile bike ride and the app doesn't show me the route it shows the details but the map just loads continuously. Instead it just shows a loading symbol and hasn't loaded. Its online but the app just continuously has a loading symbol. Any suggestions how to fix?

Are you viewing the app on a LG Tablet, @Tdt21987?  If so, this is a memory problem. I have a LG G Pad F 8.0, and I experienced the same problems due to the tablets memory limitations.  I can open the app on my HTC One M9 phone, and the maps load instantly.

Hello,

I'm using LG V10 Smartphone I wouldn't think it would have memory issues it
it has a lot of memory.

Hi @Tdt21987, it is nice to see new members around the Community! Smiley Very Happy Well, if your phone has enough memory to load the map, as @USAF-Larry mentioned, perhaps this issue is more related to an issue with the app itself. So let me suggest you something, try to log out from the app and then log back in. Then try to use the GPS again and let me know if this time loads the details along with the map.
