@MarreFitbit I've tried those steps. It didn't help. In fact, the app can't even find my tracker anymore. It will be a year this coming December, that I have had the Charge HR and I've had nothing but issues with it. Between the battery and now this. I have a useless $150 piece of junk.

Thanks for letting me know you've tried those suggestions @audrina919 @Kmlaw41. My best recommendation would be to get in touch with Customer Support directly so they can do a deeper investigation into this and see where the issue is coming from.
Don't forget to mention the steps you've done so far to avoid getting the same ones. You'll be in good hands!
